I have to go for Oracle DBA interview after few days... i have some topics regarding interview...which I want to discuss with you... I need your suggestion and advice that how can I give better and best answers for these topics.....the topics are:
- Performance Tuning/Capacity,
- Future Planning/Back-up
- recovery planning/Project managment

HE DID NOT ASK FOR A LIST OF EVERY ORACLE RELATED WEBSITE.
does one of these sites specifically have interview questions, then you might wish to point that site out....
otherwise you should change your answer to a comment.

U r right..... "EE is NOT about racking up the points & t-shirts, it is about giving the correct answer to help people.... "....don't divert attentions of others by putting "SILLY" comments about someone and making a lengthy discussion forum, if it's avoidable... (do it if you earn points).

The only suggetion that I would like to make is that, this kind of a question is a very general one and there is no right or wrong answer. Keeping that in mind you should leave the question open without answering since many of the experts does not go into the answered section. I hope you agree with me.

One of the most important area would be your backup & recovery strategy. For example, what kind of backup do you take and what is the frequency of those backups? Another are would be the architecture of oracle. Performance tuning is a vast topic. Atleast you should be familiar with the performance tuning tools that oracle offers like sql_trace utlstat and stuff like that. Another area could be licensing issues. These are some of the tips. There would be plenty to come from other experts. So dont worry.
