Install oracle 8i in Solaris

HI,
   Can anyone pls show me how to install oracle in the Solaris8? I have go thru the documentation, but it is very hard for me to understand it. This is because I'm new to oracle and solaris as well. Below is some question that I need to ask :
a) what is mean by software mount point and database mount point?
b) after I have create the groups for the DBA and OPERATER, what should I do next to this groups?
c) what is oraInventory?
d) when I su as a oracle user, what should I do to set the Environment Variables?
e) so apart from this, what else configuration that I should do before perform the installation?

I know this will need a lot of explanation, pls show in as detail as possible. I think this question will worth for 300 point.
