Need help installing a custom database during a non-interactive Oracle install

I want to be able to install my application's database schema immediately following the oracle installation, with out requiring user intervention. I have read the documentation relating to the non-interactive installation process but it was not clear all of the values to edit in the response file. How can I install Oracle and then automatically create my database as part of the installation of 8.1.6 on NT 4.0
