hi emvaithy,

U can replicate tables(database) by using Import and Export Utility wizard(DTS) of Sql Server. where u need to select the Datasource(sql server, oracle) by choosing the source database and destination database.

Oracle Transparent Gateway for MS SQL Server is available on NT. I think you can access MS SQL Server tables from Oracle via the Gateway but not the other way i.e SQL Server cannot initiate connections to Oracle via this gateway product. For SQL Server to Oracle replication look at some of the SQL Server products i.e replication by ODBC etc

See below URLs:

The tools and links mentioned in other comments can help you replicate data from Oracle to SQL Server or vice versa, but I'm not aware of any software that will automatically replicate an entire database (including triggers, stored procedures, etc.) since the syntax for those is different for each of these databases.
