I have a problem with one of the defined users, but I can't seem to find out what I need to drop to be able to rebuild the user from scrath. I do not have the rights to simply drop the user, I have to rebuild all defined objects.

You can just write a query for it. Say the username is scott and we want to list objects owned by scott. The query for that would be :
sql> select owner, object_name, object_type from all_objects where owner = 'SCOTT' order by object_type;
The problem would be, if you don't have dba privs, then the rows returned by the above query would only be the objects owned by scott for which you have access to.
