Its part of the install from the standard server CD set. Run up your insall, do a custom install and select it off the menu from the sqlnet products.
name>)(POR T=1610))
= 1610)) = 1521))
For the remainder of what you are doing you need to :-
Configure a cman.ora file ( goes in the same directory as tnsnames.ora (on the server)) :-
CMAN.ORA...
CMAN =
(ADDRESS_LIST =
(ADDRESS =(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=<host
)
Cman is stopped and started using the cmanctrl command with (start|stop|status).
WEB server configuration
1) Add a new line to the tnsnames.ora on the client side (WEB server). This line must come before the standard address line. Additionally add the source route needs to be included to tell cman to be used :-
TNSNAMES.ORA...
EXAMPLE.WORLD =
(DESCRIPTION=
(ADDRESS_LIST=
(ADDRESS= (PROTOCOL = tcp)(HOST=<hostname>)(PORT
(ADDRESS= (PROTOCOL = tcp)(HOST=<hostname>)(PORT
)
(CONNECT_DATA=
(SID = <ORACLE_SID>)
)
(SOURCE_ROUTE = yes)
)
Have fun!
