How to create and delete new username and password?

How do I create a new username and password. Also is it possible to delete the username if yes then please provide some code?

create user <username>
identified by <password>
default tablespace <specify like USERS>
temporary tablespace <specify like TEMP>
/

you are not required to specify the tablespaces, but I will highly recommend it.

to delete user

drop user <username> cascade;

this will also drip all database objects owned by the dropped user.

don t forget to grant the connect privilege to the user or else your user won't be able to do anything..

create user <username>
identified by <password>
default tablespace <specify like USERS>
temporary tablespace <specify like TEMP>
/

GRANT CONNECT TO <username>;
