The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not?   • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. How Can I Create My User in Oracle

hello sir,

        I'm very much new to the oracle.I'm creating a user but some error is occuring.Plz help me.
i have written a query like this

create user a identified by a

where a is my user name as well as password also.
but after executing it a error message
" insufficient privileges" is occuring.

How can i create my user plz reply me asap.
