So, I want to get a personal oracle 9i or latest version.
I want some guidance as to which package I have to get and where.

I was successful until the login page, but when i login and click ok, it pops a dialogue saying
that the page contains secure and nonsecure information and about the cookies.
I went to Tools -> Internet Options -> and Privacy -> Advanced tab and choose Accept all cookies.
But when i tried again it displaya a error page.
Please help me out in this issue.

Under the Internet Options page, select the Internet icon, then set to default. Click o.k. then close all your browser windows. Return to the site. It should work. Just make sure you close off all windows, before you return to the URL (the URL on this page, not the drill down URL). Sometimes IE remebers your old settings, till you restart all instances of IE.

Just download Oracle 10g (latest version) from the web site. You can download any version(standard/enterpris e), and it will be fine for you. There aren't any packages as such, just download the database, install and run. Here is the link to download:
