Export Oracle database (manually, without EXP function) to another machine, not networked together

I am trying to export the whole Oracle database from one machine to another, however unlike any other instance where I would just use EXP, I cant since my account does not have enough priviledges.

The machine i am moving db to is on another network so i have to save to disk and then read it back in on another machine. Hence I need something that stores a temporary output from tables.

I got the schema of all tables by looping through all tables with DESCRIBE statement. (PS i dont care about relationships and indexes). And the only way to get the data out is to loop with SELECT * for all tables, while spooling to a file. But that could take quite some space because I have 200+ tables and some of them have 80+Mb of data.

Any good suggestions on how to export the data without EXP function, maybe some imporvement on my SELECT * and spool to a file (hm .. say compress while spooling or smth)?
