The Solution Rating System

changing last character of text file to a CR and or LF

HI,
i know this is a still one, but i think i have gone brain dead, a mo....
ok, but here it is.
I have a large file, in which has 84 lines of data for each record, that i need to upload into a database, i need to change the last character to a CR or LF.
The last feeded is call Hello, so I can do a seach and replace etc. but i can not remember what i should make the character.
can someone help?
