Result set if Collection table is OUT parameter in stored proc

Hi all,
I have a stored proc which has two ouput parameter. In which 1 is a collection table.
The stored proc is pretty straight forward. It is just doing a bulk collect into the collection table which will be used by another stored proc.The other stored proc uses this collection object and inserts into a table.

Though the select statement gives me data. When I run these two stored procs I do not get any data into the table.

I want to see the output of the 1st stored proc which is using the Obj_emp_tbl as out parameter. I want to know how to do this is SQL Plus.
The code is as follows -

     (P_USER    IN  VARCHAR2,
      P_DATE    IN  DATE,
      P_ADDRESS OUT OBJ_EMP_TBL
