The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? need your help for a join bewteen sevral table

I'm doing a small database migration.
I use a staging table to put temporary data before putting it in the new databse.

I've look at it the whole day. THe WHERE condition is wrong :(
