I am running this SQl and the results are a collum marked "priority" that has 5 and 7 in it , what way does this go does the 7 have a higher priorty in the Queue or does the 5 have a higher priortiy ???

The 5 will have the higher priority than the 7 - priority if given to the lowest value of priority in messages to be enqueued/ dequeued. For an example see:
