Oracle Procedure problem

Hi Expert,
I have the following procedure which have two input parameter one output parameter, it need to take
v_tableName from input as table name put at FROM v_tableName, it will give me the error as PL/SQL: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist.
please somone help me on this one.
