How to run the report from oracle application server on Unix Tru64 without getting this error?

we have the following inviorment
1- Hp unix TRU64 V5.1B
2 -Oracle 10g database release  10.1.0
3- Oracle application server 10g Release2 (10.1.2.0.2)

While runninig the reports we thru oracle forms runtime
We got the following Error Message
