need help to write a oracle stored procedure with a calculation and an update

DOB (DATE)column on the Member table (has values).
DOS (DATE) column on the Claims table (has values) .
AGE (NUMBER) column on the Claims table (null)

I need to use the DOB column (Date of Birth) in the Member table,
and then compare this date of birth with the DOS in the Claims table to calculate the AGE column to reflect the person's age when the claim was incurred in the Claims table.

I need to UPDATE the AGE column on the Claims table with the age at the date of service, not the current age.

I need to write a stored procedure since there are millions of rows and commit every 50,000 records.Start Free Trial
