we have dbf file in d: partition that has no enough space, is there any way to relocate this dbf file to other partiton?

Sure. Bring the db down cleanly; copy the dbf's to your new target; mount the instance; alter the database by moving the datafiles to their new location; bounce the database. Do you need specifics or do you have access to the syntax?
