When I wrapped a procedure
using c:\>wrap iname=xyz.sql oname=xyz.plb
I used to get xyz.plb fully encrypted.
But when I do it now , wrapping does happen ,but only gets partially wrapped.Half the code is completely visible.
What could be the problem?how to fix it?

Not all code is "wrap-able". From Oracle DocID 158467.1:
The PL/SQL wrapper is designed to wrap certain sections of the code
such that the code is protected from duplication or changes. It is not designed
to be secure and so certain strings, literals and assignment values remain
visible. This is how the wrapper works.
