Learning TOAD freeware - quest 5 - how do you modify number of rows displayed from 500 to..

Hi EE,

Does TOAD allow you to modify the number of rows that it displays when clicking on a table.

I'd like to change it to a larger number.

goto tool -> option -> select schema browser in data info grids  and enable limit grid fetch

it it multiply by 500

tx for writing....

below are screen shots of each of your ideas...

it seems that they are similar approaches to do the same thing....

screen shot 1 - bill's idea, modified 500 to 1000
                          then clicked on anothe table, but i still get the fetched 500 rows msg

screen shot 2 - shru's idea
                          the limit fetch is **unchecked**

so i am glad that bill's idea is typeable in the freeware version, but unsure if modifications get applied...

i exitted one screen, went to another, can notice now that the rows fetched indeed now show
1000
