ORA-01124

In my oracle 91 database (Noarchive logmode) i issued the following command after taking a backup of a datafile "df1"
> alter database datafile 'df1' offline drop
now i moved the back the datafile in the same location and try to execute the below command
> recover datafile 'df1'
i get the below error
ORA-00283: recovery session canceled due to errors
ORA-01124: cannot recover data file 13 - file is in use or recovery
ORA-01110: data file 13: '/u05/oradata/DATADBF/df1dbf'

Please help to resolve this.
