Question

Where are Oracle table statistics stored

I want to query the information that is displayed in SQL Developer when you click on a table and click on the statistics tab.  Specifically I am interested in AVG_ROW_LEN.

it's stored in the dictionary you can query it from dba_tables, all_tables or user_tables depending on who owns the table and what access you have

You can use ANALYZE TABLE XXXX [COMPUTE , DELETE, ESTIMATE] Statistics
To refresh information.

for oracle version 8.1 and above you should use dbms_stats  instead of analyze table
