I Have page when 2 user are submit the same form in a time that hit the (same) DB Then that time The dB throw unique constraint that table primery key is auto increment filed !!
I want to know how to avoid this !!

Gives the entire lowdown on hibernate and transaction. Look at the common issues section, it mentions a bunch of patterns that you should not use.

As an alternative don't use sequences (incrementing numbers) as the deciding column in a primary key. I like timestamps. In Oracle these hold down the the fractional seconds.
In the very unlikely event the system performs two inserts at the EXACT same fractional second, just trap the error and reissue the insert.
