Oracle db is 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 on Linux. I *think* recently updated from Oracle 10. Error appears in popup window immediately upon attempting to open form several times. Appearance of form is then normal, appears to be working in key block, but does not return any data. <br />
