FRM-40815:: Variable GLOBAL.KEY_IDGNO does not exist.

Oracle db is 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 on Linux. I *think* recently updated from Oracle 10. Error appears in popup window immediately upon attempting to open form several times. Appearance of form is then normal, appears to be working in key block, but does not return any data.
Thanks,
Bill

Unfortunately I do not have form builder access at this time. Can you tell me where/how this should be set permanently, so I can talk really nice to sys or dba?
Thanks,
Bill
Make nice with the development manager instead.  My inexperienced guess is that someone overlooked creating the global variable in the build script for the new instance.
