We require a table to be refreshed with production data in every three hours.<br />
• &nbsp;Table size is only 125KB<br />
• &nbsp;There are no associated Indexs/constraints/trigger<wbr />s on this table<br />

Both Database are 10g R2 and on aix 6. Both the Database is on different Hosts(machine)<br />
