Its not new installation its old and its working before 6 months but now its not working
we have RAC database 2 nodes
I will try this solution
>>but now its not working

What changed?  Please don't say nothing.  It just doesn't stop working for no reason.

>>I will try this solution

recreating the repository will get rid of all old data.  If you don't need the history, then try the rebuild.
Actually I need the old data this is the production database.
Any way thank you for your effort.
Did you get an answer to the question?

If not, we can continue troubleshooting the reason.  The easiest is just to recreate the repository.  Since you cannot, we can move on to other causes.
