i'm running pgAdmin on windows, some times the contextual menu can delete database, sometimes not.

hello,

i receive "Error: database "myOne" is being accessed by other users.    i've closed all visualization to that database, browsers are closed...how can delete that database?

i'm running windows,  i'd like to know the commands that would show me the connections that databases have opened,
if it's possible to know who's using it, and ports .... all necesseries, (if more the best) diagnostics commands would be appreciated
