Crystal Server Issue

I have a report that I have published to Crystal Server XI.  The report has dynamic parameters (I think this is the cause of the problem).  When I try and open the report in Crystal Reports, it hangs Crystal Reports and I have to reboot.  How do I work on a report with dynamic parameters in Crystal Reports after having published the report to Server?
