We are in the midst of migrating Business Objects Reporting from BOXI R2 to BOXI R3.1 SP2. The new platform is a 2 node BO cluster (CMS) with SQL Server as a back-end database, which is also on a 2-node cluster. We are running into (WIS 30567) error. This error shows up only for WEBI reports. We tried the same reports on a single node application server, it works fine. Complete error is as follows:
"Could not save the document to the repository for the following reason: [repo_proxy 17] unable to find the info: unknown session (WIS 30567)".
Event Viewer log displays the following information:
"Cluster connection with FQDN:5400 has been broken on notifier side for reason: (Notification resulted in IDL:omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAI
LURE:1.0, minor code 1330577418). Check network connection to CMS machines, and test responsiveness of system database."
Any help is greatly appreciated.
