Access and Crystal Reports viewer

I have successfully built in Access an ActiveX report Viewer for Crystal reports.  I want to be able to run this on a computer that does not have Crystal Reports installed.  I have some broken references and I'm in the process of pointing the references to the dll files, but I am still unable to view the reports.  Is it possible or does the PC need to have Crystal Installed?
