Powerplay Transformer

Hi! Recently I have provided a new desktop to a user with 4GB who creates cubes in cognos.  The small size cube run fine on the desktop but the large files do not run. He is using Transformer Version 7.3.
The error is below :

PowerPlay Transformer Fatal Error
REPOS-E-NOMEM, Insufficient memory on machine for Operation.

Can someone tell me what changes do I need to make on the desktop, the OS is WINXP professionalStart Free Trial
