The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
The Number of Author and Expert Comments
The Number of Experts Contributing
The Feedback of the Community

Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Format Return into Columns

I need to be able to format data into columns, as such (This is an example using food):

In otherwords, I need to get the main groups, and four of them on each page, as above. Then, I need to put the contents of each main group below them in rows, no more than six per page.

Thus, if there are 5 main goups, I need to put the contents on at least two pages. There cannot be more than 8 groups, meaning that there will at most be two pages caused by main groups.

However, contents of each group MUST go on the same page as the main group and there cannot be more than 6 contents per page. So if the contents spool over to the next page, the main group must again be listed. Moreover, if the data spools onto the next page page, then the reference number must be changed on the next page.

I hope that's enough. If you have any questions or you feel that you can help me on any of these problems, please post them.

P.S. I do not think that Stored Procedures will work for this because the number of reports to be run is dynamic. I could run a report for one customer, two customers, all customers or any number of customers. Maybe I could use a sub report, but I don't know what I could do.
