I have a table that have Employee Details, with 500 Records
I Want to Print all the records in Crystal Report,
But, it should be print in the following order.
Page 1 - 21 Records
Page 2 - 16 Records
Page 3 - ? Records
. ?
. ?
. ?
The Info. about the No. of records will be stored in a seperate table with
associated page number.
How to do the above. Please Help.

I would look at mlmcc's comment - is there something that you can group by?
If not I would create another table and link it with your employee table. The new table would simply be a control table for page breaks:
EmpNo | PgBrk
Employee 1 | 0
Employee 2 | 0
...
Employee 21 | 1
In the format section, put into the "new page after" formula box: {PgBrk}=1
You will have tyo create a subreport and place it first thing in the main report. In the subreport place {table.pagenumber} and {table.numberofrecords}. Sort by pagenumber...Create a formula which as follows

redim preserve recordsperpage[recordnumbe

place this in the details section...
Hide the section this is in...

Why the desire to print that way? Is there a specific field the data could be grouped on?
There is a RecordNumber function you could use but the second table is difficult to include into the report especially since it has no real relationship to the table(s) for the report.
