The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. When you provide your feedback, each rating is adjusted accordingly. So, if you see a solution that has a poor rating that you think is a good solution, let us know by rating it. Problem with DHTML Viewer in CE10 with Java and Weblogic

When I try to view a report using the DHTML viewer using the JAVA Eportfolio desktop in CE10 I get the following error message

"An error has occurred: Can't find bundle for base name crystalreportviewer, locale en_AU "

We are using Weblogic 8.1 as our application server.  This was originally working but at some point after a reboot of the machine it stopped. We have since re-installed CE10 about 3 times but this has not helped.

The DHTML viewer works fine when we go through the CSP Eportfolio.

Other viewers (ActiveX and Java work correctly in both apps)

This is currently happening in our Test server, the production server which is configured similarly is still working but since we don't know why the test server has stopped working we are a bit concerned how long it will be before the production server has the same problem.

I've done some investigation into the error message and it looks like it usually indicates a configuration problem with the java app in pointing to the location of regional localisation files when the app supports multiple languages, but none of those things have been changed in our environment.

Any help would be appreciated.
