Passing Parameter to Subreports from Main Report

Asked by banuprasad_s in Crystal Reports Software

Tags: subreport, crystal, parameter, report, pass

I am using crystal reports 10 and currently created an template which takes parameters and required to pass it on to sub reports. I believe that I have done the linking of main report parameter to sub report paramter. But when I refesh the report, it asks me to enter the parameter for main reports and also for the sub reports. I was thinking it is enough to enter the paramters for main reports and parameters for sub reports will be autmatically sent to sub reports by main report. I am thinking I might have made mistake some where. I am not sure what I have done to correct. Could anyone help me with it?
Thanks,
