Suspect Crystal Reports Library Conflict between Saleslogix 6.2 Gold and Accpac 5.4

We have a single 2003 Domain, running XP workstations. I have the usual apps, but we rely on Saleslogix for CRM; and ACCPAC for accounts..
Now we have recently upgraded ACCPAC to 5.4 and find that Saleslogix broke by not being able to print preview any longer until a repair is done on the install..
And ACCPAC also is unable to print the batch invoices out and email them, it crashes with the runtime error 216 and shows a different memory location on each attempt to send the second email of the batch...

I suspect they are using different crystal report libraries and am hoping someone has experience with sort another crystal mess out.
