I am creating a report that shows tickets filtered by void reason codes and dates. The report needs to show tickets printed between specified dates and limited to a specific reason code and also Null reson codes. I have the selection formula created to show the specified reason code between the dates I specified, but now I need to create a comparison formula using the ticket date/time and the reason code. I need the formula to compare a record with the specified reason code and retrieve the same ticket with a Null reason code within a 4 hour period. For example, if a ticket is printed and then voided, the user has to enter a reason code, then the user reprints the ticket 2 hours later. Its the same ticket, just now with a Null reason code. Any ideas on how I can create either a selection formula or a regular formula to accomplish this?
