The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. Hi,
Crystal 11 issue:
Preview of my report look like this :
                        this year     last year     period variance     this year sold
gross sales          0                 0                      0                            0  

midwest             100.000        15                    0                             0

south                    20.000         12                   0                            12  

north                     0                 0                     0                              0

, how can I prepare formula or maybe exist some option in crystal
"show rows only if is value <>0, don't show whole row if everywhere is 0
Is possible to do that ?
