Adding column for displaying ranks in crystal report

Hi,

I have  a dataset and the result is based on ranking. Is it possible to add a column in crystal report with formula field that
will display - in the first row and 1,2 3, 4 for the rest of the rows .  for eg -- in front of World Total is should display - and for the rest of the countries it should display 1,2,3. first row will always return
