Grouping by split array

This question is actually related to my first question -

I have the sales reps split out.  I need to then group by sales rep.  The problem here is that the sales reps can split - up to 5 per order.  So, when I'm trying to calculate for JDoe.  I need his group to not only pull when he is salesrep1, but also the info from when he is salesrep2, 3, etc.  
I can easily group it by salesrep1, but I'm not sure how to get his "partials" in there also.
Any ideas?
