Linking issue...

Okay -
I'm sure this is really easy, but I have gotten myself completely confused...
I have 3 tables - invched, orderhed, and ship to.
Attached is a snapshot of the links.  They are all set up as left outer.
Problem is - there are items in my invched table that are not showing up.  They do not have an order.  So, that's why I did the left outer join.  
Am I thinking abou this all wrong?
Help!
