Crystal Reports - date range parameter needed

Hi,
I have a field with date range. Currently it is set "FROM" and "TO" parameter.
I am trying to set it "FROM" to "CurrentDate", but I don't know how?

So basically every time I run the report I want to start from Spesific date to Current date.

please help.....
