How to link tables for a report that's using Crystal Reports X

Hi guys,
I have limited experience with Crystal Reports and VB.NET so I apologise if my question is fairly basic or if I'm approaching my problem the wrong way.

I have a report that is comprised of 5 parts/blocks of information using 9 sections. The first part of my report is comprised of sections 1-3 that display customer details, project misc data and project status, using fields from Table1 that is populated with a single row of data. That part works without any problems. My understanding is that using a table is the only way of passing parameters from VB.NET code to a report in CR 10.

The next part of my report uses 3 sections. The first shows the header for that part of information, the second shows the body/information (consisting of 0 or more rows from Table2) and the third shows the totals line. I use a BoxObject that spreads over the 3 sections to visually group the header, body and footer of that part of my report.

The last part of my report is basically the same as the previous one but showing different bunch of information from Table3 (consisting of 0 or more data rows).

Visually I see the following parts of information:
- parts 1 - 3 information
- part 4 information - showing row 1 from Table2
- part 5 information - showing row 1 from Table3

- parts 1 - 3 information
- part 4 information - showing row 2 from Table2
- part 5 information - showing row 1 from Table3
----------------------------------
- parts 1 - 3 information
- part 4 information - showing row 3 from Table2
- part 5 information - showing row 1 from Table3
----------------------------------
- parts 1 - 3 information
- part 4 information - showing row 1 from Table2
- part 5 information - showing row 2 from Table3
----------------------------------
- parts 1 - 3 information
- part 4 information - showing row 2 from Table2
- part 5 information - showing row 2 from Table3
----------------------------------
- parts 1 - 3 information
- part 4 information - showing row 3 from Table2
- part 5 information - showing row 2 from Table3
- ...........................

Basically parts 1 - 3 repeat for each iteration and each row from Table2 is repeated for each row of Table3.

What I want to see is parts 1 - 3 shown in order and part 4 showing all rows from Table2 and then part 5 showing all rows from Table3.

Obviously the 3 tables are not linked (properly) and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
