That's what one would think - this is a screenshot of the "abouts" from the two different servers. Which is why I'm baffled!!!!!

Crystal Reports question
Our company has an in-house application that was developed for accounting purposes. It is installed on citrix servers and the application is delivered to our customers. Crystal Reports is used to generate the various reports. Had to replace a server a couple of months ago. I ended up installing the same version (4.6.1.0) on the new server that was on the other CTX server that we have.
On the new server, when a report is generated, the report is missing some of the options for the interface. I have attached a word document that has screen shots. There are quite a few differences, various buttons missing. If anyone has any idea on what needs to be done to make those match up, I would really love to hear them. Thanks for your time!!!

I finally found the cause of the problem. The crpe32.dll version on one of our older servers was not the same version that was installed on the newest server. I renamed crpe32.dll on the new server, copied the dll from the old server and registered the dll file. Once that was done the interfaces look the same. Crpe32.dll file version 5.0.1.96 was loaded on the newer server, and version 4.6.1.112 was on the other servers. Thanks for those of you who took the time to at least respond!
