Im trying to create a report in crystal XI. on this report i would like to place some links at the top of the report that would allow users to click and then be taken to another crystal report (basing an ID to help filter the linked crystal report too)
How would i go about doing this (asp.net application)?
I noticed there is a hyperlink option for text objects - if i click on that i notice you cant link directly to another crystal report but i did notice a hyperlink option with formula controls
So i believe iw ould need a formula that could modify the hyperlink value and append a passed variable too?

Right-Click the field you want to use as the HYPERLINK.
Then choose:
FORMAT TEXT >>> HYPERLINK >>>FILE
Then under HYPERLINK INFORMATION, select the FILE LOCATION for the Crystal Report. When this link is clicked...the hyperlink will automatically launch the CRYSTAL REPORT.
