Crystal Report not displaying Russian characters

Hi,
I am trying to create a crystal report that will display the lables in different languages depending on the user settings. I am using User Function Library to do this. There are different property files for each language (English, Spanish and Russian).

Spanish and English are displaying the text correctly, but when i switch to Russian i get  ????.
Where could i be going wrong.

Have you a font loaded that can display the Russian characters?

Where do i need to load the font. it is already loaded in my OS. The same report displays Russian characters in MS Word, but not PDF
