Need more information.
Use the REPORT EXPERT:
What you need to do is tell Crystal which TABLES you want to access data from,...then setup the LINKS for each table. ALL TABLES must be linked in some way.
Then choose your FIELDS to display on the REPORT.
Then choose your GROUPS if any...
Etc..etc..
This is the basic step by step.... need more info if you want more specifics
