It's funny, I use CR only in a supporting capacity, so I was not sure it this was just one of those things I just missed.
Your tips seems to work if the textbox grows, but not if it shrinks.
If that's as good as it gets, then I'm cool with that.
It just suddenly struck me as odd that Access could do something that CR could not...

CR Doesn't have such property boxes, Jeff.
One way to do this would be to add a textbox to the section and size it to the section height you want.You can see the textbox dimensions on the screen; in version 11 they are at the bottom right of the screen - I don't have v10. You will see them change as you resize the textbox.
Make sure the textbox is pushed up against the top edge of the section and push the the bottom edge of the section to remove any space. There is no need to put anything in the textbox. It will not be visible in the report.
