Microsoft error message when running Crystal Reports XI in Crystal Viewer

Greetings Experts,
I'd like to know if anyone can help me with the attached error message that comes up when users attempt to run Crystal Reports XI in the Crystal Viewer.  The report that they are attempting includes a MS Word OLE object.
