Page break when change of group OR number of records reaches a certain number Crystal Report

Hi,

I would like to page break in my report whenever there is a change in group[Inmate] Or once the record count in the details reaches 15 then remaining records should be printed on the next page.

I have attached what i have done so far.. hope i can get some help here.
